Kristina's house deal closed today! It was a 'Hold Your Breath' deal. The buyers got a FHA loan. The years I was in Real Estate I never did an FHA loan. They are always a big pain and the sellers have to pay to much in closings. Kristina raised the price of the house to offset closing costs for the buyer. I am so thankful it sold!

Oh, good. I am glad for them and really glad for all those red headed kids.
And we didn't have to go mow the lawn again. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!
